Method

  1. Fry the steak slices halfway, and before they are fully cooked, remove them from the heat.
  2. Fry the frozen or fresh vegetables separately.
  3. Place a spoonful of the fried vegetables on each steak slice and roll the meat into a roll shape.
  4. Return the stuffed meat rolls to the heat and continue frying until well browned.
  5. Place the meat rolls in an oven-safe tray, sprinkle them with grated mozzarella cheese, and put them into a preheated oven for about ten minutes.
  6. Serve the stuffed steak meat rolls with cooked rice.
