  • 2 cartons liquid whipping cream (400 ml)
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 400 grams fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 200 grams of your favorite plain biscuits or any available biscuits
  • A handful of ground hazelnuts
  • A handful of chocolate sprinkles for decoration
  • Garnish:
  • Any sauce you like

Method

  1. Place the liquid cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well until the mixture thickens.
  2. Add the broken biscuits, chopped strawberries in small pieces, a handful of chocolate sprinkles, and the ground hazelnuts, then stir well until combined.
  3. Line the molds or silicone mold with plastic wrap... line them in the tray or the mold designated for making the dessert to make it easier to remove after chilling... then pour the parfait mixture into the mold.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator for several hours until well chilled and set.
  5. When serving, garnish with strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce.
