Strawberry and chocolate custard—an easy, speedy dessert.

Ingredients:

Plain biscuits Strawberry layer: 1 liter water 1 cup strawberry custard powder 2½ cups sugar 3 cups powdered (dried) milk Chocolate layer: 1 liter water 1 cup chocolate custard powder 2½ cups sugar 3 cups powdered (dried) milk

Method:

Start by preparing the strawberry custard layer: mix all the ingredients together.
Place the mixture in a pot over medium heat and stir until it comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
Pour the strawberry custard into glasses or a Pyrex dish so it fills only half the serving vessel.
Arrange a layer of plain biscuits over the strawberry custard.
Prepare the chocolate custard layer in the same way and pour it over the first layer.
Allow the custard to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
Chill in the refrigerator for two to three hours until fully set, then serve.
