Strawberry cheesecake — if you want a distinctly Western dessert, cheesecake is one of the top choices, and when topped with strawberries it’s loved by everyone :)

Try this reliable method!

Ingredients:

Base (first layer)

4 packets plain biscuits 100 g butter Second layer 1½ cups whipping cream (or two sachets instant whipping powder) 3 packs cream cheese ¼ cup powdered sugar (only if using liquid cream)

Third layer (strawberry sauce) 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

Sugar

1 cup water

1 sachet strawberry-flavored jelly

Method:

Place the crushed biscuits and the melted butter in a food processor and blend together until combined.
Press the mixture into the cheesecake pan to form the first layer, then chill in the refrigerator.
Prepare the second layer while the base chills: whip the cream, then add the powdered sugar (if using) and the cream cheese. Mix well until smooth and homogeneous.
Spread the cream mixture over the base in the pan, then return it to the fridge to set.
Make the strawberry sauce: chop the strawberries and place them with sugar and ½ cup of water over medium heat until they simmer slightly.
After boiling, add the jelly sachet and stir well until it dissolves, then add ½ cup cold water and stir again.
Let the sauce cool, then spread it over the cheesecake.
Serve the strawberry cheesecake chilled and firm.
