1 box puff pastry

1 kg spinach

\r\n

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

\r\n

2 large onions

\r\n

2 tablespoons chopped spring onion

pinch hot paprika

\r\n

200 g feta cheese

\r\n

1 cup mozzarella cheese

\r\n

2 tablespoons lemon juice

\r\n

1 teaspoon nigella seeds

\r\n

1 small cup olive oil

\r\n \r\n

\r\n

Wash spinach well, chop, drain, and wring out excess water. Mix all fillings well to form the stuffing.

\r\n

Shape the puff pastry as desired. To obtain a rolled shape, lay the filling along the length of the dough and roll tightly like a rope

\r\n

Cut into small sticks. You can also cut the dough first, then fill and roll into sticks.

\r\n

Place the spinach rolls on a baking sheet.

\r\n

Bake in a 180°C oven until the puff pastry rises and browns.

\r\n

Serve the spinach rolls hot or cold, as you prefer.
