Spaghetti with red sauce.. The classic pasta recipe loved by kids and adults alike :)

Ingredients:

1 standard box of long, thin pasta

1 large dry onion

4 ripe tomatoes

3 cups water

1/2 kilogram coarsely ground beef

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Salt

Black pepper

White pepper

Method:

Make spaghetti with red sauce—easiest ever.
Boil the pasta in salted water
When cooked, drain, toss with a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking, and set aside
Chop the onion and tomatoes, then place them in a pot on the stove
Add 3 cups of water and the seasonings, and simmer until the vegetables are tender
Blend the sauce with an electric blender, then return it to the pot and add the tomato paste
In a skillet, fry the beef with a little oil until browned
Add the beef to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes
Add the pasta and salt, stir, then remove the pot from the heat
Serve the spaghetti with red sauce hot
