- Shrimp
- Pesto sauce, made with:
- 1 cup basil
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
- Place the shrimp in a pot of boiling water and boil briefly so it doesn’t turn tough.
- Drain the cooked shrimp in a colander to remove the water, then arrange it on a serving plate with the pesto sauce.
