- 2 ripe avocados
- Chopped tomato
- Finely chopped onion
- Chopped basil

Method
- Prepare the avocado sauce. Whisk the avocado in a food processor or mash it well until smooth, then add the finely chopped garlic and mix.
- Cut the baguette into rounds or arrange the toast slices on a plate.
- Spread a little of the avocado sauce over the baguette rounds or toast.
- Fry the shrimp just until they change color, not overcooking them, season with salt and pepper, then arrange the shrimp on top of the avocado sauce on the baguette.
