(Shrimp doesn’t take long on the heat)\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPrepare the dipping sauce: combine ketchup and mayonnaise with the hot sauce (sriracha) with a couple of drops of vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.\r\n

You can serve the shrimp as you like, but the accompanying photo is nice; place a little sauce in a small separate plate for serving, then place a shrimp on the sauce in an attractive way, and you can add a sprinkle of dill as a garnish.

Method

  1. Wash the shrimp well after cleaning and removing the black vein, but keep the tail and shell.
  2. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and a spice mix of black pepper, paprika and garlic powder, then sauté them in a little oil until browned and cooked. (Shrimp doesn't need long on the heat.)
  3. Prepare the dipping sauce: mix ketchup and mayonnaise with hot sauce (sriracha), add two drops of vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
  4. Serve the shrimp as you like, but the accompanying photo shows a pretty presentation: put a little sauce in a small separate dish for serving, place a shrimp on the sauce attractively, and you can add a sprinkling of dill on the shrimp as a garnish.
