Cheese Christmas Tree — a very special recipe for Christmas Eve. A fun, festive way to serve cheese that will wow your family and guests!

Ingredients

  • 500 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 sun-dried tomato
  • 1 yellow sweet bell pepper
  • 1 roasted red sweet bell pepper
  • 3 green onion stalks
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • For garnish:
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • rosemary sprig or fresh thyme

Method

  1. Finely dice the vegetables and mix them into the cream cheese.
  2. Use kitchen cling film: place the cheese mixture on it and shape it so it can stand upright (form it into a tree shape).
  3. Place the shaped cheese on a serving plate and use a knife to sculpt the surface so it resembles a tree.
  4. Arrange the olives and herbs on the outside to look like decorations.
  5. Chill the cheese Christmas tree in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
