Seasoned Lentils
Seasoned lentils are a recipe that can be a tasty breakfast or a quick vegetarian lunch, served with an assortment of vegetables and pickles. An easy and delicious recipe, and most importantly, it is very healthy!
Ingredients

- 2 cups brown lentils
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the lentils after washing them.
- When they are cooked, prepare the seasoned lentils the same way as seasoned fava beans.
- Mash the garlic with a pinch of salt.
- Add the lentils with a little of their cooking water.
- Add lemon juice to taste.
- Garnish the seasoned lentils with chopped fresh parsley and olive oil.
- Serve the seasoned lentils with a variety of fresh vegetables such as radishes, mint, green onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers....
