Method
- We start by boiling the bone-in mauzat meat with the aromatics until cooked through
- Finely chop the onion and place it in the pot with the bouillon cube and ghee, then stir until the onion softens
- Add the minced meat with the spices mentioned (the amount depends on the amount of rice) and stir until cooked
- Add the washed and drained rice, stir briefly, then add the broth from boiling the mauzat meat or bone-in pieces as needed for the rice (usually 1 cup of rice needs 2 cups of water)
- When the water comes to a boil and the broth reaches the level of the rice, cover the pot, reduce the heat, and leave the rice to cook
- Heat a griddle or nonstick pan and add the fillet meat, then sprinkle it with the same spices mentioned in the ingredients and stir until cooked
- After that, add the previously boiled bone-in mauzat meat on top and stir so it takes on some color
- Pour the rice with the minced meat from the pot over the meat on the griddle, stir, then transfer the rice with the bone-in meat to a serving dish
