- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups or 1 1/2 cups water, depending on the type of rice
- Vermicelli
- Ghee + oil
- Salt

Method
- Toast the vermicelli in ghee and vegetable oil until it lightens or turns golden.
- Wash the rice beforehand and drain it, then add it on top of the vermicelli with salt and stir a little.
- Add the water and stir gently.
- When the water boils, lower the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pot, and leave it for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
