- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
- Begin arranging the wide serving plate with arugula first, then the lettuce, avocado, and orange slices .. you can choose or add any vegetables available according to preference
