  • 400 g whole wheat biscuits
  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g lightly salted cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g shredded coconut

Method

  1. Grind the biscuits until you get a fine mixture.
  2. Add the melted butter, not hot, and mix well until the biscuits absorb the butter. Spread the mixture in a cheesecake pan with a removable ring.
  3. Place the pan in the fridge for about half an hour...
  4. In a separate blender, mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Beat the mixture well, then add the shredded coconut and chopped almond pieces.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base and sprinkle shredded coconut on top until completely covered.
