Method
- Grind the biscuits until you get a fine mixture.
- Add the melted butter, not hot, and mix well until the biscuits absorb the butter. Spread the mixture in a cheesecake pan with a removable ring.
- Place the pan in the fridge for about half an hour...
- In a separate blender, mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Beat the mixture well, then add the shredded coconut and chopped almond pieces.
- Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base and sprinkle shredded coconut on top until completely covered.
