- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 1/4 cup powdered milk

Method
- Put half a cup of sugar in a pan and heat, stirring, until it caramelizes.
- Pour the caramel into the cake pan, greasing the sides with some of it…
- Mix the remaining ingredients together well, then pour the mixture into the pan over the caramel layer.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until thick and pale, then add the liquid ingredients and beat.
- Add the dry ingredients in stages and mix.
- Grease the top edges of the pan above the first layer with a little corn oil.
- Pour the cake batter over the caramel flan mixture.
- Place the cake pan in a baking tray filled with hot water (water bath) and bake in the center of the oven for 50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).Timers: 50 min
- After the cake is cooked, let it cool slightly at room temperature.
- Chill it in the refrigerator while still in the pan for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.Timers: 240 min
- To serve, place the cake pan in hot boiling water for 5 minutes, then invert onto the serving plate.Timers: 5 min
