- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 small onion
- Salt (to taste)
- Olive oil
- Marjoram

Method
- Peel and wash the potatoes, then boil them until tender.
- Meanwhile, wash and drain the bulgur and chop the onion very finely or grate it.
- Fry the onion in oil until soft.
- Mash the potatoes and add the bulgur, marjoram, salt, and the fried onion, and knead well so the bulgur softens.
- Spread the potato kibbeh in a serving dish and garnish the top with tart pomegranate seeds.
