- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- Note:
- Be sure to knead the boiled potatoes well with the powdered milk and spices so the kibbeh does not fall apart while frying. We recommend testing one potato kibbeh ball first; if it falls apart during frying, you can add two tablespoons of flour to the potato mixture to help bind it together.
Method
- Boil the potatoes and mash them.
- Mix the potatoes with powdered milk and various spices.
- Prepare the meat filling: sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the minced meat and the spices and salt and stir until the meat is cooked.
- Form the potato portions into circles; stuff them the same way as traditional kibbeh: place a little of the meat filling inside each hollowed circle, close it, and roll it into closed rounds.
- Dip the stuffed potato pieces in crushed crackers from both sides and fry them in hot oil.
- Fry the stuffed potato kibbeh first over high heat until the outer crust becomes firm and golden, then lower the heat so the potato cooks through inside as well...
