  • 1 cup fine bulgur
  • 1 small dried onion
  • A pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • Salt
  • Dried red pepper
  • 4 boiled potatoes

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes after peeling them, then set aside.
  2. Place the cup of bulgur in a food processor and add all the spices along with the dried red pepper, then blend well. Finally, add the potatoes and grind everything together until you get a smooth, combined mixture.
  3. Shape the potato kibbeh as desired. You can make it into patties or spread it as one large round on a serving platter.
  4. You can drizzle olive oil over the potato kibbeh, garnish as desired, and serve it with fresh vegetables.
