Potato Croquettes
Easy and quick side dishes to dress up any table endlessly... Here is an excellent potato croquette recipe!
Ingredients

- 1 kilo potatoes
- 1/4 cup flour (white flour)
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (crushed cake)
- Rosemary
- Parmesan cheese
Method

- Boil the potatoes, mash them, and add salt, black pepper, onion powder, flour, and the egg.. Mix all the above ingredients to form a cohesive dough, cut into pieces in shapes and sizes as desired, stuff with mozzarella pieces, and place in the fridge for about an hour. Then prepare the croquettes, dip in egg, and roll them in breadcrumbs mixed with rosemary and Parmesan. Return the croquettes to the fridge for another hour before frying and serving...
