- Long spaghetti pasta
- Green, red, and yellow sweet peppers
- Onion
- Fresh or canned mushrooms
- Chicken bouillon seasoning
- Oregano or dried wild thyme
- Basil
- Salt
Method
- In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until softened. Then add the sliced peppers, then the mushrooms, and stir until the added vegetables soften slightly.
- Season the vegetables with the spices, herbs, and salt, stir, then turn off the heat.
- At the same time, boil the pasta in salted boiling water, then drain it and add it over the vegetables. Mix well.
