Method
- Boil the pasta in water with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place the finely chopped onion in a pot over the heat with the vegetable oil and the crushed garlic.
- Stir briefly, then add the ground beef with a pinch of salt, black pepper, oregano, a pinch of cumin, and a pinch of chili pepper.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix the mixture.
- Drain the pasta and place it over the meat with the tomato paste, and cook the ingredients for about a quarter of an hour, then turn off the heat.
- Serve the pasta with meat with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
