Ozi with Saj Bread
Ozi, also known as qouzi, can be prepared in different ways, but the women of What's Cooking Today always come back to the easiest recipe and the tastiest one! Today's recipe saves you from buying the special pastry sheets for qouzi, and you can make this delicious dish using saj bread or rolled bread. It's an easy recipe with ingredients found in every home.

Method
- Fry the finely chopped onion. When it softens, add the meat with sweet spice and seven-spice blend, and mix well..
- Add the peas and stir...
- Then it's time for the long-grain rice... (for every 1 cup of rice, we will need 2 cups of water)
- Leave the meat and rice mixture over low heat until the rice is cooked and the water has completely evaporated.
- Start preparing the rolled bread (saj bread)... cut the bread and place each large square of bread inside a round cup, then add nuts and meat or boiled chicken cut into large pieces, then add the cooked rice
- and press it down with your hand. Wrap the bread and close it, then turn the osei bundle out of the cup into a baking tray greased with butter... place the tray in the oven from the bottom, then from the top, until the osei bundle or ball is nicely browned on both sides...
