- Meat marinade:

- 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 2 tablespoons yogurt, approximately 1 cup oil, 2 tablespoons oregano or wild thyme, seven-spice mix, salt, nutmeg, ginger, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup vinegar....
