- Chicken pieces

- Tomato paste
- Paprika
- Salt

- Sumac
Method
- First, we start by cutting the vegetables as desired.... and mixing them with the tomato paste, spices, and salt
- Place the seasoned vegetables at the bottom of the baking tray, then arrange the clean, drained chicken pieces on top of the vegetables
- Drizzle olive oil over the top, as well as a generous amount of sumac
