Method

  1. Season the shrimp with the spices.
  2. Add the flour to the shrimp and mix well.
  3. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
  4. Dip the shrimp one by one.
  5. Then coat each shrimp with cornflakes without pressing them.

  10. 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  11. Salt
  12. 1 teaspoon fish spice blend
  13. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
