Ingredients

  • 150 ml cold milk
  • 2 packets ready powdered cream
  • 1 large 250 ml can of cream
  • 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3 packs plain, unfilled biscuits
  • A bowl with milk mixed with 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ for dipping the biscuits
  • And on the final layer put a layer of the mixture; place the glass dish in the refrigerator for no less than 4 hours, and when serving dust the top with cocoa powder using a sieve or small strainer

Method

  1. Whisk the ingredients with an electric mixer or blender until well combined
  2. Quickly dip the biscuit pieces in the milk-NESCAFÉ mixture and arrange the first layer in the glass serving dish, then put a thin layer of the cream mixture over it, then another layer of biscuits, and repeat until you have three layers of biscuits only...
  3. On the final layer put a layer of the cream mixture
  4. Place the glass dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, and before serving dust the top with cocoa powder using a sieve or small strainer
