- 5 room-temperature eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method
- Beat the eggs and vanilla well in an electric mixer, then add the sugar and oil while continuing to beat.
- Continue beating until the mixture becomes pale in color.
- Add the flour and baking powder, continue beating, then add the orange zest, lemon zest and 1 cup Mirinda soda.
- Stir the mixture well, grease the pan with a little butter, dust with a little flour, and pour the batter into it.
- Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C from the bottom for about one hour or until cooked and risen. In the last 10 minutes before removing the cake, brown the top.
- Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside to cool, then decorate as desired.
