Ingredients
- 300 g minced meat
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp seven-spice seasoning (baharat)
- A pinch of paprika
- A pinch of black pepper
- Pre-made pizza dough
- Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, or as desired
Method
- Sauté the minced meat in the oil with the salt, stirring until cooked.
- Add the spices, stir, then remove the filling from the heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough in a baking tray lightly oiled, stretching the dough up the edges so the eggs won’t run off the sides.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 220°C with both top and bottom heat on.
- Bake for just 5 minutes to dry the dough slightly.Timers: 5 min
- Remove the tray from the oven, spread the mozzarella, top with the cooked meat, then crack the eggs one by one and place them in different spots on the tray; sprinkle a little salt over the eggs.
- Return the meat-and-egg pizza to the oven for about 20 minutes until the eggs are cooked and the top is lightly browned.Timers: 20 min
