Method

- Peel the potatoes, clean them, and boil them over medium heat until tender.
- Add fine bulgur; the amount depends on the quantity of potatoes you want to prepare, and you can use bulgur equal to half the amount of potatoes.
- Mix the boiled potatoes and fine bulgur together just as you would for kibbeh, then add the kamouneh spice blend, olive oil, and salt.
