Ingredients
- Thin, tender pieces of meat
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Mixed vegetables: carrots, potatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, whole mushrooms, broccoli, and eggplant (optional)
- Meat marinade:
- Vinegar
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white pepper

Method
- Soak the meat with the vinegar and spices for a sufficient time... at least one hour
- Cut the vegetables as desired
- Grease the baking tray with a little oil and spread the meat and vegetables, then sprinkle salt and a drizzle of oil on top and cover the tray with aluminum foil
- Roast the Masbaha al-Darwish in the oven until the meat and vegetables are cooked, then serve it
