- Long spaghetti pasta
- Mozzarella cheese
- For the sauce:
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Ground meat
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white spice
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Tomato sauce
- Hot pepper - optional
- 1 cup water
- Oil
Method
- Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: in a skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until softened, then add the meat and stir until it dries out.
- Add the spices and stir until the meat is cooked, then add the tomato sauce and 1 cup of water and stir.
- When the sauce comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Combine it with the pasta in a pyrex dish or baking tray and mix well.
- Place the pyrex dish in the oven for a short time until the pasta dries a little.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top and brown it slightly under the broiler, then serve the pasta dish.
