Lotus ice cream... homemade, tastier than ever, and with just a few ingredients
Ingredients
- 400 ml heavy cream
- Half a large can sweetened condensed milk (about 200 ml)
- 15 digestive biscuits, or as desired
- Melted Lotus spread for the topping
- Lotus biscuits for garnish

Method
- Whip the cream until it thickens well, then add the condensed milk and whip again until fully combined.
- Fold briefly with a spoon, then break the biscuits into medium pieces and add them to the mixture, stirring until combined.
- Pour the mixture into any mold lined with plastic wrap to make unmolding easier later.
- Cover it and place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.Timers: 360 min
- For serving, invert the mold onto the serving plate and remove the plastic wrap.
- Garnish the ice cream with Lotus biscuits and melted Lotus spread and serve.
