Lotus ice cream... homemade, tastier than ever, and with just a few ingredients

Ingredients

  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • Half a large can sweetened condensed milk (about 200 ml)
  • 15 digestive biscuits, or as desired
  • Melted Lotus spread for the topping
  • Lotus biscuits for garnish
  • Try Mini Chocolate Ganache Tart by Rana too

Method

  1. Whip the cream until it thickens well, then add the condensed milk and whip again until fully combined.
  2. Fold briefly with a spoon, then break the biscuits into medium pieces and add them to the mixture, stirring until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into any mold lined with plastic wrap to make unmolding easier later.
  4. Cover it and place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
    Timers: 360 min
  5. For serving, invert the mold onto the serving plate and remove the plastic wrap.
  6. Garnish the ice cream with Lotus biscuits and melted Lotus spread and serve.
