- 1 cup brown lentils
- 1 1/2 liters water
- 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Swiss chard, chopped into large pieces
- 10 cloves garlic, coarsely crushed
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 cup oil

Method
- Pick over the lentils and wash them... then trim the Swiss chard and pull out the strings from the stems. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Add the Swiss chard, potatoes, and lentils to boiling water with lemon juice and salt, and boil for about 20 minutes. Add the rinsed rice and boil for 10 minutes.Timers: 20 min, 10 min
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic until lightly browned over medium heat, then add the coriander and stir with the garlic for a moment.
- Pour the oil mixture with coriander and garlic over the soup. Leave it until the potatoes are cooked through.
