- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- Juice of half a lemon

- 2 liters milk
- Half a cup white vinegar
- 1 cup powdered milk
- A small can of ready-made Qamar cream

Method
- Place the pistachios mixed with syrup in a deep dish suitable for serving the dessert. Set aside.
- In a small pot over heat, mix the remaining ingredients well. When the mixture thickens, pour it over the pistachios and the reserved syrup in the dish.
- Chill in the fridge for about 3 hours until well set.Timers: 180 min
- After the allotted time, remove from the fridge and top with the cream (also known as Qamar) then decorate with shredded coconut and a little ground pistachio
- Cook the ingredients on the stove for about 5 minutes until the syrup thickens; you can drizzle a few drops of rose waterTimers: 5 min
- Warm the milk over low heat... when it warms a little, add the vinegar until the milk curdles.
- Strain the mixture and return the pot to the heat with the cornstarch and powdered milk.
- Stir well until the mixture thickens and sets.
- Then you can add the ready-made Qamar cream as desired.
