Ingredients:\r\n4 cups milk (1 liter)\r\n3/4 cup fine semolina (less than 1 cup)\r\n1 teaspoon ground mastic\r\n1/4 cup sugar\r\n1 tablespoon rose water\r\n1 tablespoon orange blossom water\r\n1 tablespoon vanilla\r\n1/2 cup or more shredded coconut, to suit serving bowls

Preparation:\r\nPlace the milk with the mastic, sugar, and vanilla in a pot over heat, stirring constantly.\r\nWhen the mixture boils, add the orange blossom water, rose water, and semolina, and continue stirring over low heat until the mixture thickens to a dense consistency, about 10 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish and spread evenly until cooled. Then sprinkle ground pistachios. Meanwhile, prepare the cream:\r\n300 g cream for whipping\r\n1 tablespoon vanilla

Beat the mixture with an electric mixer and refrigerate briefly. Then spread the cream over the cooled pudding evenly and top with shredded coconut. If desired, decorate with nuts and fruit. When serving, drizzle syrup as desired.

Method
