Method
- Shape the kofta mixture into balls, then form them into patties.
- Fry them in a very small amount of oil in a nonstick pan.
- Arrange the kofta patties in a baking tray and top with the pre-fried potatoes.
- Add the lemon juice and crushed garlic over the kofta and potatoes.
- Adjust the salt and add 1 cup of water to the tray, or more as needed.
- Place the tray on the stovetop or in the oven and let the kofta with garlic and lemon simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Serve immediately with fluffy rice or Arabic bread.
