- 2 dry onions
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- seven-spice mix
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon molasses or pepper paste
- salt
- chili to taste
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- eggplant
- mixed bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- Arrange the kofta patties together with the potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant slices, and tomato slices
- Place the kofta and vegetables tray in the oven after adding the tomato sauce over them
- Bake the kofta and vegetables tray in the oven for 30 minutes or until the meat and vegetables are cooked

Method
- We start by preparing the kofta mixture.
- Place the ground meat in a bowl, then add the onion. Do not over-grind the onion until too fine; it is better not to process it in a machine, but to chop it with a knife.
- Add the chopped parsley to the meat and onion mixture, along with the seven-spice blend, sweet pepper paste, cinnamon, and hot pepper.
- Mix the ingredients well and shape them into patties.
- Arrange the kofta patties with the potatoes, colored bell peppers, eggplant slices, and tomatoes.
- Place the kofta and vegetable tray in the oven after adding the tomato sauce on top.
