King's Soil Dessert

Ingredients

• A box of lemon jelly
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 packet of whipping cream
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 can mixed fruit
• 1 box of biscuits (450 g)
• Juice to taste
• 1/2 cup walnuts for garnish
• Nutella for garnish
• Biscuits for garnish

Method

1. Dissolve the jelly in a cup of boiling water, then leave it to cool
2. Whip the cream with the liquid milk and vanilla until you obtain a firm cream
3. Add the jelly after it cools to the cold cream and stir with a spoon
4. In a Pyrex or rectangular dish, put a little of the jelly-and-cream mixture in the bottom
5. Dip the biscuits briefly in the syrup and arrange them over the cream layer
6. Repeat the previous two steps once more
7. Add the fruit, then place a layer of biscuits without dipping them in the syrup and spread a layer of cream
8. Spread a final layer of biscuits then cream on the top
9. Decorate King's Soil dessert with ground walnuts and other nuts as desired, and with crushed biscuits arranged in lines, then add Nutella as desired
10. Place King's Soil dessert in the fridge until it sets and cools well before serving
