Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes with salt
  • Cumin*
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Ground meat
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Fried cashews
  • Fine bulgur
  • 1 small onion
  • A pinch of mint, spice mix "kibbeh seasoning"
  • Marjoram
  • Hot pepper (chili)
  • Note
  • Do not throw away the oil used to fry the cashews; add it over the meat, as it gives a wonderful flavor.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Fry the two finely chopped onions in vegetable oil, then remove half of the amount and add it to the cumin mixture... Add the ground meat to the remaining fried onions.
  2. Fry the meat until cooked, then add black pepper, seven-spice, and salt...
  3. Add the boiled, mashed potatoes to the cumin mixture and fried onions and mix well... After placing the kibbeh on the serving plate, top it with the onion, meat, and cashew topping...
