Method
- Grease a Pyrex dish or any ovenproof tray with a little vegetable oil and some butter, then begin arranging the kafta patties evenly. Chop the peeled tomato into small pieces and add 2 cups lukewarm water with the spices and salt. Add all of the above to the kafta patties, then place slices of red tomato on top of them, followed by a layer of fried potatoes, and cover the tray with foil (aluminum foil).
