Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

\r\n

3 eggs with 1 teaspoon vanilla

\r\n

1 cup sugar for the caramel

\r\n

2 cups milk

\r\n

1/4 cup powdered milk

\r\n

Preparing the caramel:

\r\n

Pour 1/2 cup sugar into a pan and cook over heat until caramelized, then pour into the cake pan and grease the edges with some of the caramel.

\r\n

Mix all ingredients well, then pour the mixture into the pan over the caramel.

\r\n

Cake:

\r\n

2 eggs

\r\n

/ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

\r\n

1/2 cup sugar

\r\n

1/2 cup vegetable oil

\r\n

1 1/4 cups flour

\r\n

1/2 cup milk

\r\n

1/4 cup cocoa

\r\n

2 teaspoons baking powder

\r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Mix all ingredients well, then grease the pan edges with a little vegetable oil and pour the cake batter over the caramel layer.

\r\n

Place the cake tin in a tray of hot water and bake in the oven on the middle rack for 50 minutes at 180°C. After the cake is done, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate in the pan for at least 4 hours...

\r\n

When serving, place the pan in hot water for five minutes and then invert onto a serving plate.

\r\n
