Ice cream tart with cotton candy — a dreamy, creative dessert.

Ingredients:

4 eggs 120 g flour (or 1 cup + 1 tablespoon) 120 g sugar (or 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) 1 teaspoon vanilla Lemon zest Cotton candy, fruits and pistachios for decoration Strawberry jam to spread on the tart base Vanilla ice cream for the filling

Method:

Start by preparing the tart batter. Beat the eggs in an electric mixer with the vanilla, add the sugar in batches and beat for about 10 minutes until you get a thick, airy foam.
Sift the flour and fold it into the egg mixture, add the lemon zest, and fold gently from bottom to top with a spatula so the batter does not deflate.
Pour the tart batter into a buttered tart pan with a light dusting of flour.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes (or a little longer depending on your oven) at 160°C.
When the tart is baked, remove the pan from the oven and immediately invert it onto a wire rack.
Let the tart cool completely before filling and decorating.
Spread the cooled tart with strawberry jam, add a layer of vanilla ice cream, and decorate with pistachios, strawberries and cotton candy.
