  • 5 cups full-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 boxes plain biscuits
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 2 packets prepared cream powder

Method

  1. First, grind the biscuits and mix them with the butter in a food processor until you get a sand-like mixture.
  2. Place the biscuit mixture in a cake pan or any oven-safe pan.
  3. Put the yogurt in a bowl or in a blender and add the jelly powder on top
  4. Also add the two packets of powdered cream and mix the ingredients with a hand or electric mixer until you have a somewhat thick, dense cream.
  5. Add the cream mixture over the biscuit layer
  6. Take some biscuits and break them over the cream layer until the entire surface is covered
  7. Then decorate with cream and dust the top with sweetened cocoa powder
  8. Place the cake in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for 3 to 4 hours, then cut it
