  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 tub of cream (or Qimar)

Method

  1. Place the sugar in a saucepan over heat.
  2. Once the sugar has melted, add the butter, milk, and cream, stirring well.
  3. After adding the other ingredients, the sugar will clump into a paste… Continue stirring until the sugar melts again.
  4. Let the toffee sauce cool before using.
