Ingredients
- 1 kg deboned, skinless chicken
- Mushrooms (to taste)
- Grated cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce

- 1 cup cooking cream or 1 cup milk
- Vinegar (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- A pinch of oregano
- Salt
- White pepper

Method
- First, put the chicken in a bowl and soak it in water with salt for 10 minutes, then drain it, rub it with tahini, rinse it with water, and leave it in a colander in the fridge to drain wellTimers: 10 min
