!The Best and Easiest Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups water

4 tablespoons powdered milk

4 tablespoons cocoa powder

a pinch of baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Topping:

1 small can of cream

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon syrup (or honey)

Blend the topping ingredients cold in a blender until you have a creamy mixture

Method:

Beat the eggs with the vanilla well.

Add the sugar and beat, then add the oil. Turn off the mixer and add the sifted flour and sifted cocoa together with the baking powder and powdered milk.

Fold with a spatula until the ingredients are well combined.

Gradually add the water while stirring with a spatula until all the water is incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for about 40 minutes.

Adding walnuts is optional.

Peel the apples and cut into thin slices; sprinkle with cinnamon and set aside. Beat the eggs with the vanilla for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and beat until the mixture turns pale. Add the oil, then the juice (if using). Turn off the mixer and fold in the flour with the baking powder using a spatula until the flour disappears. Grease the pan with oil and dust with flour. Place a layer of apple slices on the bottom of the pan, add some of the cake batter, then another layer of apples and the remaining batter. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar.
