Suksieh dessert — let’s discover it together

Ingredients:

2 packs of biscuits

2 cups liquid milk

1 packet vanilla

1 egg

5 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons ghee (or margarine)

1/2 cup sugar

For decoration:

Desiccated coconut Nuts

Preparation:

Put the milk into a saucepan (cold), add the vanilla, egg, cocoa, ghee and sugar, whisk briefly, then set it on the stove
Let it simmer a little until the mixture thickens
In the serving dish, place a single layer of biscuits and pour part of the cocoa-milk mixture over them. Add a second layer of biscuits and pour more of the mixture on top
Sprinkle desiccated coconut and nuts on top as desired
When it has cooled to room temperature, chill the Suksieh in the refrigerator for about two hours before serving
