Ingredients

  • 2 packs of biscuits
  • 2 cups liquid milk
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (or margarine)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • For decoration:
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Nuts

Method

  1. Put the cold milk in a saucepan and add vanilla, the egg, cocoa, ghee, and sugar. Whisk, then place over the heat.
  2. Let it simmer a little until the mixture thickens.....
  3. In a serving dish, place a layer of biscuits and pour some of the cocoa-milk mixture over them, then add a second layer of biscuits and another layer of the Suksieh mixture.
  4. Sprinkle desiccated coconut and nuts on top as desired.
  5. When it cools to room temperature, refrigerate the Suksieh for about 2 hours before serving.
