Method
- Mix the yeast, water, milk, sugar, salt, oil, and vinegar together... then put the flour in a bowl and start adding the mixed ingredients. Knead until you get a dough with a soft texture.
- Knead for at least 10 minutes so the dough turns out well when baked, then cover the surface of the dough with a piece of plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.Timers: 10 min, 60 min
- After the time has passed and the dough has risen... divide it into round disks of the desired size and place them on a baking tray, spacing them slightly apart. Cover again with plastic wrap to rise once more for about half an hour.
- Then brush the top with a little liquid milk and sprinkle sesame or nigella seeds.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at a high temperature, about 250°C... keeping an eye on it.
- Brown the top if needed and serve the burger buns immediately, or once they reach room temperature.
- Note: The amount of water needed for the flour varies depending on the type of flour. Be careful while kneading and stop adding water when you see that the flour has taken in enough.
